Totnes is a small town of around 8,000 population in Devon. It has a long recorded history, dating back to AD 907 when its first castle was built. Today, the town is a thriving centre for music, art, theatre and natural health.
So I got to spend Christmas there, having no expectations really. I thought we will walk around, go to the pub or a restaurant maybe buy some local products. To my surprise we found Timehouse, Totnes, The Time Travellers Museum. Until we got in we didn't really know what to expect, but once you enter the first room the journey through time begins. They have beautiful rooms representing different eras in a very magical way. We spent much more time there than we originally thought and left with the best memories. See below some pictures, I don't want to give away too much as it's best to experience it. If your are ever in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.
